Syphilis
Syphilis is a curable an infectious disease caused by a Spirochaete bacterium called Treponema Pallidum which penetrates broken skin or mucous membranes on the penis or vagina. It may also infect the mucus membranes of the mouth.
2) Rapid Plasma Reagin/ RPR Test
Rapid Plasma Reagin (RPR) refers to a type of test that looks for non-specific antibodies in the blood of the patient that may indicate that the organism (Treponema pallidum) that causes syphilis is present. The term "reagin" means that this test does not look for antibodies against the actual bacterium, but rather for antibodies against substances released by cells when they are damaged by T. pallidum. In addition to screening for syphilis, an RPR level (also called a "titer") can be used to track the progress of the disease over time and its response to therapy.
3) Treponema pallidum particle agglutination assay (TPPA)
The TPPA test is used to confirm a syphilis infection after another method tests positive for the syphilis bacteria. This test detects antibodies to the bacteria that cause syphilis and can be used to detect syphilis in all stages, except during the first 3 to 4 weeks. This test is not done on spinal fluid.

Herpes blood tests look for the body's reaction to a herpes infection rather than searching directly for the virus. Depending on the type of test used, they can take up to four months to become positive after the time of infection. If and when you have symptoms, however, the lesions can be tested as soon as they show up.
When a person becomes infected, with herpes or any other pathogen, the immune system tries to fight off the infection. Part of that process involves the production of antibodies against the infecting organism. There are several kinds of antibodies, but the two types that herpes blood tests look for are IgG and IgM. Herpes IgM antibodies usually are detectable by herpes blood tests within 7-10 days after initial infection, and levels stay high for approximately two weeks. Herpes IgG antibodies do not show up until slightly later after initial infection.
6) Cytomegalovirus IgG IgM
CMV is found in many body fluids during an active infection, including saliva, urine, blood, breast milk, semen, vaginal secretions, and cerebrospinal fluid. It is easily transmitted to others through close physical contact or by contact with infected objects, such as diapers or toys. After the initial "primary" infection has resolved, CMV becomes dormant or latent - like other members of the herpes family. Cytomegalovirus remains in a person for the rest of his life without causing any symptoms, unless the person's immune system is significantly weakened. If this happens, the virus can reactivate.

1) Gonorrhea / Gonorrhoea culture and determination
Gonorrhea is a curable sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by a bacterium called Neisseria Gonorrhea. This bacteria can infect the genital tract, the mouth, and the rectum.
2) Human papilloma virus DNA
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a virus from the papillomavirus family that is capable of infecting humans. Like all papillomaviruses, HPVs establish productive infections only in keratinocytes of the skin or mucous membranes. While the majority of the known types of HPV cause no symptoms in most people, some types can cause warts (verrucae), while others can – in a minority of cases – lead to cancers of the cervix, vulva, vagina, penis, oropharynx and anus. Recently, HPV has been linked with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. In addition, HPV 16 and 18 infections are strongly associated with an increased odds ratio of developing throat cancer.
