Welcome to 24hrs Emergency Medical Care Service Shanghai
Emergency Medical Service Shanghai is a network of emergency care facilities supported by the comprehensive care found within the Sinoaid Shanghai Affiliated Hospital Network.
Sinoaid Shanghai affiliated facilities, including ten hospitals, have spent years caring for Shanghai and China's communities. We strive to provide expert care that is easily accessible and friendly. Sinoaid is an extension of our hospitals in your local community. All of the Sinoaid locations provide the same level of quality care as our hospitals. Each Sinoaid facility provides services for minor and major emergencies with on-site lab and imaging services.
If you have symptoms of heart attack or stroke, or feel that your "life or limb" is in danger, call 110(in Shanghai China) or go to the nearest emergency room (ER) immediately. "Sinoaid Service" should only be used if you have a non-life-threatening situation that requires urgent attention.
Shanghai Emergency Medical Service
Sinoaid Shanghai Emergency Care Services and the Sinoaid Shanghai Express Care Services provide a comprehensive range of emergency medical services for both adults and children.
What to Expect
All Shanghai Emergency Care Centers and the Shanghai Express Care Center have a triage system - a way to rapidly and safely determine what emergencies take priority. When you enter the door, you are greeted by a nurse or emergency medical technician who obtains a brief, focused history and performs a physical assessment. He or she will determine the severity of your condition, and take steps to begin medical treatment. As you would expect, the most serious conditions will be seen first. This means some visitors may have to wait to receive treatment. Even so, our wait times are shorter than traditional hospital-based emergency rooms.
At Sinoaid Shanghai Emergency Care Centers and the Sinoaid Shanghai Express Care Center, we strive for quick and quality emergency care. While a big part of that is medical, we never overlook customer service. Just as we stay up-to-date on the latest in emergency medicine, we are always looking for ways to make your visit as pleasant as possible. In fact, letting you know “what to expect” is one small part of that.
