Medical Emergencies in School

Any child can have a medical emergency in school. Children with special health care needs need carry additional risks of emergencies related to their diagnosis. From injury to anaphylaxis to status epileptics, schools are expected to anticipate and prepare to respond to a wide variety of emergencies.
