Dr. Yuan was born in Taipei and moved to Paris when she was five years old. She finished education there and got her Doctor of Medicine in Saint Anthony Medical School of Pierre and Marie Curie University, 1981. She is the member of Ordre National des Médecins de Paris and Taiwan Medical Association. Dr. Yuan has various global clinical experiences on family medicine and preventive medicine. Her medical interests include, but is not limited to diabetes, coronary disease, health risks factors evaluation and prevention of chronic disease.
